According to the Forbes, The founder of Zara, Amancio Ortega currently is the world's richest man with a net worth of $78 Billion and Bill Gates follows him with the net worth of $77.4 Billion. And Bill Gates stood in the second place.

The annual list of billionaires was announced the Forbes on September 8th with the technical changes to measure the wealth of Billionaires. In the new system, Bill Gates was replaced by the owner of retail chain Zara, Amancio Ortega, the owner of Fortune estimated with $78 billion.
And just after his shares at the moment rise to 2.5% and this equates to increase of US $1.7billion. Therefore the richest person Bill Gates is now in second place and set to $77.4billion.
The founder of Zara, is a Spanish clothing and accessories retail based in Arteixo, in Galicia. It was found in the year 1975 by a pair of Amancio Ortega and Rosalia Mera. After a few minutes in the shares he lost around $400 million of fortune earned the day before but he is still leading the top of billionaires. The Bill Gates has donated about $31 billion in stock and cash for foundation along life called "Forbes" to publicise the fact.
If Microsoft's was not a philanthropist anyone couldn't have been acheiving it.
And currently the Zara is the World's Richest man.
Warren Buffet is in Third place and was the founder of Berkshire Hath Way with $65.9 billion.
Jeff Bezos is in fourth place and was the founder of Amazon with $65.7 billion.
Mark Zuckerberg is in fifth place and was the founder of Facebook with $54.7billion.
